The primary use of personal data collected by Clare Bowls Club is to maintain membership and match-play records.

Personal Data

• Contact details (e.g., Name, address, email, telephone).
• Date of birth, gender, and membership start/end dates.
• Emergency contact information.
• Photographic or video images captured during events or competitions.

Data Sharing

Some personal data is shared with affiliated clubs in the Steeple Bumpstead Bowls League (e.g., to enable contact and co-ordination of match dates, participant names, game venues, match results, etc.).

Personal data is not otherwise shared with third parties.

Subject Access Request

A Subject Access Request (SAR) is a formal request for confirmation of what personal data is held about you, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
